Sweet Hugs
Sweet hugs movement was born in 2019. Together with Anna Anderson (founder of Be-With) we created a movement with the aim encouraging parents to give their children sweet hugs instead of sweets and candies.
Why does it have SUCH A HUGE value?
Researches have shown that hugging and sharing peace and love for 20 seconds eight times a day reduces stress. Embraced children grow up calmer, more balanced, more happy and emotionally stable! And more - children get sick less!

The less, the sweeter
Industrially produced sugar and products containing it are strictly monitored in my everyday life. I limit it so that I hardly use it at all. The less I use, the less I want and need it.
However there always arises this question: what to replace it with? Because once in a while you still want a sweet treat. How about one longer hugging?
Why?
Because? A HUG is also sweet AND more importantly - IT'S HEALTY (unlike sugar)! It initiates the chain of hormones, producing oxytocin and creating a feeling of happiness!
